The weather gods didn’t deliver for our last weekend of Flounder season. Although the guys who did manage to get out had good catches with a couple of limits being taken.
Bay fishing is producing Blowfish, Snapper Blues and some really nice Weakfish. Chumming and moving around will bring these fish to the boat. Crabbing remains good for those who put their time in.
There are some Stripers being caught up in the Mullica, under the parkway bridge and along the sodbanks. Most are small but there are some keepers mixed in.
We are starting to take our rental boats for the season. For those who need a boat for the weekend, please call ahead to reserve so we can be sure to have one for you.
We are also starting to sell our ramp passes at a reduced rate for all of our ramp customers that love to chase Stripers. This will give you 24 hour access to our ramps until the end of the year. We also offer slips for the Striper season, along with winter storage.
Stop by for the latest reports on ocean and bay fishing Before you know it the water temps will have fallen and the Stripers will be here Get that bait and tackle ready to catch the big one!
Our Fall/Winter hours will be starting on Oct 15 through the end of the year. Friday through Monday only – 7 am to 4 pm. This is always weather permitting at this time of year, so please call ahead before venturing down.
